Flowers tributes to Tunisia attack victims stolen by Iranian asylum seeker who wanted to 'brighten up his room'

An asylum seeker from Iran stole floral tributes to two victims of the Tunisia terrorist attack, telling police officers he wanted to "brighten up his room".

Shayan Moradisohi, who is homeless, took the flowers from under a police cordon outside Fulham Coroner's Court in the wake of the attacks.

Moradisohi, 31, pleaded guilty to one count of theft.

The flowers were addressed to John, 74, and Janet Stocker, 63. The couple died during the beach attack in Sousse.
