Nicki Minaj ends relationship with Meek Mill
With all the back and forth between Meek Mill and Drake, Nicki has stayed away from the drama by not saying anything or taking sides but according to Media Take Out, Meek Mill's diss track did it for Nicki and she's done with Meek Mill.
According to MTO..
Just when you thought that Meek Mill's week couldn't get ANY WORSE . . . MediaTakeOut.com learned that Nicki Minaj and Meek have officially decided to call it QUITS. Nicki reportedly broke it off with Meek LAST NIGHT. Don't worry concertgoers . . . they are still of GOOD TERMS - at least NICKI IS with Meek. The two plan on FULFILLING the rest of the tour obligations together. But as for their relationship . .. . it's a WRAP.
What caused the BREAKUP . . . and why did it happen LAST NIGHT . . . shortly after Meek Mill's new diss track FLOPPED??
According to one of Nicki's BEST FRIENDS, "It's complicated. I think they took their relationship too far, too fast." Nicki's homie REFUSED to say whether the Drake WAR had anything to do with it. But we suspect that IT DID.
You'll recall that MediaTakeOut.com BROKE THE NEWS that Meek STARTED THE WAR when he learned that Drake and Nicki had a 'DATING' RELATIONSHIP in the past. And it has to be MORE THAN COINCIDENCE that Nicki DUMPED DUDE . . . just when he's become a LAUGHING STOCK on social media.

Bobbi Kristina is dead!!!!
Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of singer Bobby Brown and the late singer Whitney Houston, has passed away at the age of 22, according to a report from Entertainment Tonight.
SEE ALSO: Bobbi Kristina Brown moved to hospice care as condition deteriorates
According to the show's report, the Houston family said in a statement, "She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months."
Bobbi Kristina identified herself on Twitter as "Daughter of Queen WH," "Entertainer/Actress" with William Morris & Co., and "LAST of a dying breed." Following her mother's death in 2012, she was briefly hospitalized. She told Oprah shortly after that she wanted to carry on her mother's legacy by singing, acting and dancing.
But her career never took off. Actor and producer Tyler Perry said she had a future as an actress after her debut on his TV show "For Better or Worse" in 2012, but in the end she only appeared in one episode. Aside from two ill-fated reality TV shows and the occasional paparazzi video, her image mostly showed up in the "selfies" she posted online.
Bobbi Kristina was a regular attendee of award shows and appeared on red carpets with her mother and father, as well as appearing in the 2005 television show, "Being Bobby Brown." She performed a duet on TV with her mother in 2009, singing "My Love Is Your Love" in New York's Central Park and eventually became a social media sensation, in her own right, sending more than 11,000 tweets and attracting 164,000 followers.
In her life, Bobbi Kristina also turned heads with her relationship with Nick Gordon, a young orphaned man who had been raised by Houston as a "son"; Houston had retained custody of both Bobbi Kristina and Gordon following her divorce from Bobby Brown in 2007.
The relationship created much friction between the couple and Houston's family following the singer's death, including a restraining order against Gordon issued by Houston's sister, Pat Houston. Still, the couple persevered, claiming their love for each other on social media and referring to each other as husband and wife.
Bobbi Kristina was found face-down in a tub in her Atlanta home on Jan. 31, almost three years after her mother's body was found in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Shortly afterward, Bobbi Kristina was placed in a medically-induced coma and was moved to an Atlanta rehabilitation center in March. In June, she was moved to hospice care.
On the day she was placed into hospice care, Bobbi Kristina's court-appointed representative sued Gordon, accusing him of misrepresenting his relationship with Bobbi Kristina. The complaint accused him of being violent toward her and taking more than $11,000 from her account while she was in a medically induced coma after the Jan. 31 tragedy. The lawsuit accused Gordon of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, unjust enrichment and conversion.
In the time after Whitney Houston’s death, there was even debate over Bobbi Kristina's trust. Her grandmother, Cissy Houston, and aunt, Pat Houston, eventually took over control of the trust and then took Bobbi Kristina to court to protect the estate. Eventually, cooler heads prevailed and Bobbi Kristina agreed to delay how quickly she would be able to access the money in the trust.
In May, a judge appointed Bobby Brown and Pat Houston as co-guardians of Bobbi Kristina, giving them joint responsibility in decisions related to her care and medical needs. Lawyer Bedelia Hargrove was appointed conservator to oversee Bobbi Kristina's assets, including her rights and legal claims.
After the announcement of Bobbi Kristina's death, Oprah, members of the music industry, and other celebrities took to Twitter to share their condolences:

Expelled medical student kill himself, one other in auto crash
26/07/2015 06:53 - Chioma<3: A final year medical student of the Benue State University, BSU, Nicholas Idoko, apparently killed himself, yesterday, in a motor accident after being expelled.
Sunday Vanguard learned that the deceased was involved in the accident along Abu King Shuluwa Road, Makurdi where, on top speed, he crashed a Honda ‘Baby Boy’ car, minutes after he threatened to commit suicide following the news of his expulsion from the school got to him.
He allegedly killed himself and a pedestrian whom he ran over on the sidewalk of the road when his skidded off the road and summersaulted severally before ending across the sidewalk.
According to one of his schoolmates who spoke on condition of anonymity, the student who, like other mates, had spent ten years in the six-year medical course due to non accreditation of medical courses in the institution, was asked to quit the school after failing a course he carried over.
“He was with his course mates when the news came to him that he should leave the school because he failed a course he carried over in a programme, after having spent ten years in the institution and also done his clinical,”the mate said.
“On getting the news, he threatened to kill himself, saying he would not be able to stand the shame of not making it out of school, that the trauma would be too much for him and his parents.
“So when we had that he crashed with the car along Abu King Shuluwa Road, most of us concluded that he had carried out the threat, and we feel pained because the school management acted wrongly by expelling a medical student that had spent ten years in an institution due to no fault of his.

FG urged to make skills acquisition compulsory for NYSC members
Mrs Pamela Latunji-Bello, the Chief Executive Officer, Spectrum Beauty Academy, Lagos, on Saturday called on the government to make vocational skills acquisition compulsory under the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Latunji-Bello told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that vocational training would equip young graduates to be self- employed instead of depending on elusive white-collar jobs.
“If the Federal Government should use part of the money paid to NYSC members in training them in the various vocations, it will go a long way in reducing unemployment in the country.
“Skills acquisition should be mandatory for NYSC members during the one year service; they must learn a trade or the other and use their monthly stipends as training fee.
“Because the vocations are where the money is,’’she said.
The entrepreneur stressed the need for compulsory capacity building for NYSC members
“The future of Nigeria lies in the skills of its workforce.
“If we do not train them, we are just giving money to people who will probably misuse it.’’
Latunji-Bello urged the nation’s policy makers to place more emphasis skills acquisition at all levels of the nation’s educational system.
“Let people stop seeing it as the pet project of wives of state governors that should be done at their spare time.
“It should be re-integrated into the school curriculum, every university should give it a push.
“Every Nigerian graduate should start thinking of having another profession or career,’’ she said.

Reps drags Buhari to court over N413.7bn bailout
ABUJA – A member of the House of Representatives, Rep. Igariwey Iduma Enwo has dragged President Muhammadu Buhari to an Abuja High Court challenging the legality of the bail out of N413.7 billion for payment of backlog of salaries to civil servants.
Enwo is seeking for a declaration by the court that Buhari’s approval of the bailout funds was “unconstitutional, illegal, unlawful and null and void.”
He is seeking an order of perpetual injunction restraining the President from further allocation, distribution, and disbursement of public revenue from Nigeria’s distributable pool account to federal, state and local government without the prescription of the National Assembly.
Rep. Enwo who represents Afikpo North/South federal constituency of Ebonyi State on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, faulted the action of the president without recourse to the National Assembly when he single handedly took the decision.
Also joined in the suit alongside President Buhari are the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, the federal ministry of finance, the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission, the Accountant General of the Federation as well as Auditor General of the Federation.
The lawmaker is praying the court to determine whether President Buhari can by way of fiat issue a lawful directive to the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th defendants to appropriate, distribute, allocate and disburse public revenue from the distributable pool account to the federal, state and local governments without prescription from the National Assembly.
He is also seeking to know whether having regards to the combined effect of section 162, 163, 164 and 168 of the 1999 constitution as amended the president can carry out such an action without National Assembly approval.
Speaking to newsmen in Abuja yesterday, he said his decision to sue Buhari was not “political” but was in defence of the constitutional provision for separation of powers.
He said the power of appropriation rests squarely with the National Assembly and that the federal government cannot appropriate public funds without recourse to the National Assembly.
According to him, “To do so will be for the federal government to act in a cavalier or perfunctory manner and I believe that that is not what the drafters of the constitution intended when the constitution of this country was predicated on the separation of powers.
“Section four of our constitution clearly vests the power of appropriation on the National Assembly. Section five vests the Executive with its own powers and Section six vests the Judiciary with its own powers. So, there is a clear separation of powers.”
Relying on the Constitution of the country, he said section 160 of the Nigerian constitution clearly made it mandatory for the National Assembly to be involved in any form of revenue distribution in the country.
He said for President Buhari to have unilaterally taken the decision on the bail out amounted to boycotting the parliament and alienating it in the scheme of things in a constitutional democracy.
He said, “I am doing this because I feel that this is a constitutional democracy. If you allow this kind of thing not matter the good intention of the federal government, the country’s democracy will be threatened.
On the likely reaction by Nigerians on the matter, the lawmaker said, “this is a country of laws. Everything the government does ought to emanate from the 1999 constitution of Nigeria. Every step the government intends to take must be backed up by the constitution.
“Any day we set ourselves away from the constitution we will be inviting anarchy. What I am saying is that you cannot sacrifice constitutionalism on the alter of political expediency.
“The constitution does not say that our president should be a Father Christmas. Our president is a democratically elected president who swore to abide by the dictates of the constitution.
“We did not elect an Ayatollah or a monarch who would sit in his office and do good to,all manner of men the way he or she desires. Every act of the pre

Amazing moment! Two Lions kill and attack an Antelope
The moment two lions pursued an antelope from the bushes into a road at a game reserve in South Africa was captured on camera by British tourist, Carolyn Dunford. And amazingly, the tourists who were passing through in a convoy when the incident happened wound down their car windows to watch the spectacle.
This is surprising to say the least because just recently, a tourist was attacked and killed when a lion jumped into her car from her open car window at a Games Reserve. Guess these ones didn't hear that story. Anyway, the lions did kill the Antelope.

Appointment of ministers: APC lauds Nigerians on patience
The ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, has commended Nigerians for their patience and perseverance over the delay in the appointments of ministers, saying that the list would be released soon.
National publicity secretary of the party, Alhaji Lai Mohammed who spoke with journalists yesterday in Oro, in Ifelodun local government area of Kwara State at his annual Ramadan lecture also admitted that the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari would have faired better had the ministerial appointments been made before now.
Lai Mohammed, however, explained that the delay was caused by the change of government from one political party to the other.
According to him, ”the concern of Nigerians over the delay in the release of ministerial appointments is genuine. But the fact is that this is the first time in the history of Nigeria that the opposition party will take over government from the ruling party.
“Our plan was to interface and interact with the outgoing government, but it didn’t just work out so the party set up its transition committee which later presented 800 pages hand over documents to the president”
“So,in this kind of situation we found ourselves, we have to be thorough in making appointments because expectations of Nigerians are very high and it is understandable. So, very soon the ministerial cabinet list would be made available and it would be a thing of the past. We might be slow, but in reality when we make the right appointments, we will make up for all the shortcomings Nigerians have been complaining about.”
